Development bordering Brickfields Park.

This is a request for information or sources with respect to rights of way and land development.

For those that know Brickfields Park, it would appear that part of of the park bordering Chrismas Lodge Home (recently closed), is to be sold for development. Whilst not against such development and although we think there could be a better use for the land, we have found out and had confirmed, that the boundary to Chrismas Lodge is in fact larger than that laid out by the properties fences. On subsequent sale the new owner could exercise their rights and claim the land to it's full extent and with it one of our public entrances.

We are currently negotiating with the Local Authority (park owners) and County Authority (Chrismas Lodge landowners) with a hope of resolving this issue but if anybody has experience of this type of problem please contact me. For a map of the affected area see - http://www.brickfieldspark.org/news20060615.htm

Many thanks.
