A super photo. It shows the stripeyness so well. I usually see something that looks so "Bird-of-Prey" like. If you go to Whitby Museum at Pannett Park, there is a collection of birds eggs with a cuckoo egg in them for a variety of birds. That bird lays a tiny egg, and I think that they imitate a specific bird for each cuckoo that comes here. |
