I suspect the only uploadable files are photos and sound files - so if i was you ookster , i'd take a screenshot of each excel file (by pressing alt and print screen) then drop it into your photo editor (using paste), save as a .jpg , and then upload to the image archive-forum gallery, and insert in your post in the normal way.
