Well all i can say is im a member of and regualy use 5 other forums and never get these issues. Maybe your right and i have to configuer my browser settings but im not willing to do that for one forum, as this in turn will mess with the other 5 and no doubt the countess number of website's i use - perticualy the ones with live data.
Im not trying to step on any toes here
so i will just manualy refresh the page myself when need be and ignore the box that from time to time say's i have 5 messages - though when i do encounter other problems be sure that i will be asking for advice on how to go about it.
