Otters arent the freindliest thing you'll ever meet, people who think they are cuddly are sadly mistaken. They also have a bite pressure of about 900ppsi - which is roughly one and a half times that of a pit bull - and only slightly less than a timber wolf.
Mind you its partly the way the face is put together rather than a real attitude
tho if I was being kept in those enclosures I'd be more than angry I'd be flippin
