This is that capitalists want people to believe. 
It is easier to say that worlds runs on money and stop of fight against people that want to destroy more wild places. Try to change mentalities and try to do something is always more difficult.
200 years ago it was normal children as young as 4 were working during hours in factories. They could die and being replaced without any problem. Today it sounds abhorrent...could we do something today for tomorrow more wild places will be respected and protected??

It is easy to say because it is true unfortunately.
I'm not saying we shouldn't try to change views but as you say it is difficult.
I'm all for changing things...if i wasn't i wouldn't be on here.
