It is Panaeolus, judging by the black spores and mottled gills.
The shiny cap cuticle looks a lot like that of Panaeolus semiovatus, although this species should have a ring on the stem and I can't see any sign of a ring on the specimens in the photo.
Did you notice any remnants of a ring?
