I walk the dog around Towcester there is lots of fly tipping, beer cans/bottles in hedges, plastic bags. Mac Donald's rubbish thrown from passing cars. There is even grass/garden turf opposite someone's gate into a country lane. Looks like they just dumped it in the lane instead of their green bin.
