At first look I thought it was Andricus kollari but totally the wrong time of year. The knopper gall wasp Andricus quercuscilicis is usually darker than that. and alot of cynapids look very similar in body form. If you could discover the plants it was inerested in in would certainly narrow it down.
I will hunt for you as much as I can but am having trouble with internet conection at minute
