The usual recommendation is F11 for moon shots and use Aperture Priority. Reduce ISO to prevent 'noise' max 800, less if possible. Use spot metering to calculate exposure and + or - a bit of exposure compensation as required. Don't go longer than 2 sec exposure. Use a tripod with cable release. Some people also use mirror lock up for a steadier image.

But you are doing well with your previous settings.
