I get exactly the same - I find I have to refresh the gallery all the time just to get the view updated. I haven't noticed it so much with the forums tho (unless I hit the refresh button just out of habit!). I've cleared out my caches and history etc. but it still happens. It's a pain doing it twice every time, but you get used to it in the end
