thats just terrable,i cant believe what some idiots will do,have they no brains or what,i thought it was going to be bags of concrete not mixed,thats disgusting and they will never find the culprits,how it has laid i would say it was tipped out of the back of a lorry as its gone all smooth,dont look like it was shuvled out. |
