Good morning guys, I've had a rather rushed and stressful previous couple of days. A good friend of mine and I have been designing, constructing and completing my website, which is now indeed finished, hurrah!!!
BUT
I NEED to know how to get it online!!! I bought my domain name over a year ago and that's all still fine. So i've got that on Netbenefit.co.uk, and that's all alright...
WEBSPACE = a pain in the botty
I actually looked at lots and even invested in a reasonably priced package to test out, but then I realised that I only had slight knowledge of it. They emailed me with loads of jibber jabber...so I asked for a refund (They do refunds
) because there's no way I was going to be able to do it. Then I sulked for the rest of the evening and got a right strop on, cursing at websites for lack of simplicity in their methods. I PM'd Barbara and Galanthus to ask, which got me a little further, and thank you both for your prompt and helpful replies
Then I'd had enough and I sulked some more...
All I want to do is buy webspace, apply my domain name to it, and upload the site to it. Can anyone here, because a few people have their own sites, please, please give me all of the advice or help that they can.
I'm quite disappointed as I wanted to get it online on the 29th Feb, but there's no point wallowing.
