we usually just remove a video, watch it, then repost it if it's OK and doesn't take more than a few minutes so you've proabbly not even noticed it happen.

The hunterswind video was about ten minutes long and it was removed for the mods to debate whether or not we should include it. during that time he reposted it, so we removed it again and told him that he'd have to wait (and we'd be in no rush - I'm on dial-up modem most of the time and it would take about an hour to download to view), but a couple of weeks later he posted it again.
