Any way have reported the chap but I thought I'd post my experience as a warning to others.
My cards both have the serial no. BH060602516B, and were sold by UK-memory-world88 and they are definitely fakes.
If you have the same number on any of your cards I would suggest contacting SanDisk.
I have bought cards from eBay previously and they have all been OK.

These fakes as so prolific and the prices of genuine cards are so low, I would only consider getting them from reputable retailers. It's not worth the potential hassle. When they were expensive may be but not now.
