They've got to go back to basics with these hooligans, in the sixties our local bobby used to give you a clip round the ear if you misbehaved and if we ran home and told our parents we would most likely get another one not the silly mamby pamby treatment they get today. We respected the police and knew how far to go now they get away with anything and it's a shame when you hear of whole communities being afraid to go out after dark. The yobs know their rights and threaten to sue you even if you look at them in a 'funny way', the law has gone completeley in the wrong direction and seems to favour the culprits rather than the victims who can often end up in far more trouble. |
