I've just checked to see if it's been removed for any reason, and I can't see it. It doesn't show under your lists either, so I think we can assume it never happened.
It's easily done, I've done it many times. I often preview a thread, and then forget to post it.
My excuse is I'm a tired old forgetful so and so!
