Iv convinced my dad to make me a bat box
Hes so much better at these things! He also has a spare bird box to get me started. Also he has suggeted some of the trees facing east near me. They would be out of the wind there.
Thing is the tress around here are all next to the neighbours house! I have asked them if i can put them up and they are fine with it but they will reap the benefit by being able to see them from their garden!
