Thanks, Rob. The velvet does look very pretty, doesn't it.

Yes, we have them all year although sometimes we see more of them than other times. For some reason they hang about in a bigger group in February. The most interesting time is when we first see the babies in May. There were 3 last year from 2 different does.

We also get muntacs which don't appear in groups just alone, in pairs or 3 when they have a fawn.

Here is a video taken yesterday. If you look closely you will see a muntjac at the beginning. This video is taken about 15 feet from my house.
