one thought is that google might be taking her to a page that has been locked or deleted , tell her to just type
www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk into her url bar - or alternatively email her a link.
another is that some anti spam programmes (including some of the updates to ms xp) have issues with accessing sites which include google ads
