One option tho, if the accident wasnt your fault you could rent the same model that you usually drive then go after the other parties insurance for "consequential loss" to reimburse you. Insurance companies much prefer to settle than fight so this shouldnt be a problem. mind you you will need a good reason why the courtesy car is no good as "its horrible" isnt going to cut it I'm afraid. I suggest you say that it is too small and under powered to meet the minimum requirements of your job (thats what I said and they coughed up straight away) |
