1lb beef sausages
Potatoes
2 Beef stock cubes/OXO
onions.
Spoon of dripping
teaspoon of hot chilli powder
peel and slice potatoes,peel and slice onions ,cut sausages into half.Place dripping into pan with some water not to much about 1/4pint layer up with potato onion and sausage finish with potato,bring to boil then simmer until cooked add chilli and oxo when potato is sort of semi mush but not to mushy serve piping hot.
And enjoy great to beat the winter blues
