Pick up and take home ALL dog mess... please

I've discussed this many times on WAB but felt I had to respond. I read the article and felt very angered that a young girl should suffer like this. I'm a mother of 3 children, 11, 9 and 5 yrs. I would be devastated if this happened to my child. I'm also the owner of 2 Dogs which are wormed regularly with a wormer prescribed by my vet. I also remove all dog mess and dispose of it properly. I wish everyone was as responsible but sadly they're not and I do my fair share of whinging when out and about as I'm always having to step over it and warn my children about it. I don't blame anyone for getting annoyed.
