I thought it was a fantastic programme - real testament to the BBC! I can't decide about the tagging collar, because I suspect my main objection to it is an aesthetic one. If the cat is able to hunt effectively and displays normal behaviour (as far as we can know for a rare and elusive species) you have to think that it's ok with the collar. Forgetting the rest of the species, it could save that individual - if they hadn't found her near the village with the wild goat kill she could have been killed for the sake of the local livestock.
