no actually I dont - but if you are doing more than a petition then lets hear what , it cant be too hard to explain if you are going to keep everyone who signs your petition updated.
I would suspect that the reason only two people here have signed is not to do with your being extreme but more that most people may have signed the mainstream petitions already and are may be, like me, suspicious of your reluctance to explain what your campaign might involve.

Actually I was going to say that he was joking - steve irwin was undoubtedly intelligent enough to realise that as soon as one whaler was sunk by eco activists sympathy for his cause would evaporate and he and his fellow travelers would be totally discredited and branded terrorists.
And talking of pushing the boundaries I do have an inovative idea which i am happy to hold forth on
Take some active sonar technology ( which ought to be readily available military surplus now that the cold war is over) , program it to the sonar pulse and frequency of a whale in distress (recordings available from the oceanographic institute at woods hole CA) , then team it with some longlife batteries and get a frog man to attach the units with a magnetic plate to the underneath of as many whalers as you can find. No whale in its right mind is going to come within miles of another one shouting that he is being mugged.
You find the funding and the skilled operatives to do this and you could be on to a real way to damage the whaling trade without breaking major laws or losing public sympathy.
course back in the real world it will never happen cos the money just aint there, but its a nice idea in theory.
