I know. Maybe they pick it up with good intentions then can't find a poo bin. This has happened to me. But I had the decency to bring the offending poo home and put it in my bin.
We really do need more bins or at least not get a fine when there are no bins to found.
Incidentally if there are no bins around and it is in the country I leave it be. If it is in a town I bring it home. |
