Graham, I think the problem regarding keywords is that when you click the upload button and the first screen comes up you can upload several files but there is only one space to put the Common name and one space for the keywords.
When the next screen comes up you have to re-nter the information in the relevent boxes. Maybe people thnk because they have entered it once it is ok.
