It certainly did and I should add that I had support going on in the background from certain folk from WAB, who knew what was happening and when he passed away. I won't embarrass them by saying who they were but one particular lady really helped me through some dark hours.
So what I'm trying to say is that community spirit exists here on WAB very strongly- and it helped.
