I spend a lot of time travelling around with my wife in our motorhome. Enjoy visiting churches for their architecture and stained glass. Woodworking - I'm building up a workshop in the cellar. Archaeology of course - surveying mostly. Reading, watching films. Canoeing - my wife and I have 15 ft open (Canadian) canoes, great for canoe camping. Walking, have to because of the dog, but particularly high level routes such as can be found in the Lakes. Used to be a mountain rescue team member and search dog handler, but I'm too old for that now. |
