| Re: Bullfinches We've been seeing two bullfinches regularly in the garden for the last couple of months - sometimes a male and female, sometimes two males, and on one occasion two males and a female.
We saw a pair regularly in the spring, and later there were four juveniles on the seed tray under the hanging feeders. We are wondering if some of the family were here yesterday - there were 3 males and a female together. Two of the males were noticeably less bright than the third - could these have been two of the "youngsters" from the 2007 brood? |
