Exclamation Re: Please vote to give Sherwood a secure future

I know people who can remember getting lost in the trees trying to find their way to the Major Oak in Sherwood. These days you're hard pressed to stay within the cover of those magnificent oaks for too long - they're fragile and fragmented. That's one of the reasons the money's so badly needed. New visitor facilities can be built away from the most sensitive parts of the forest leaving the rich ecology to blossom as Nature intended - while planting of new native trees will aim to restore the greenwood to its former glory. That way our kids and their kids will be able to share those wonderful experiences. Who knows that they might be telling their grandkids "I remember when this little copse was full of trees you know.." This is the LAST CHANCE to get your vote in. Online voting is at Home | The People's 50 Million - you have one vote per email address. Phone lines open tomrrow (Friday) at 9am see the website itv.com/peoplesmillions for details, the numbers aren't yet announced. Voting closes at noon on Monday and its vital we do something to save Sherwood Forest and its future. Please vote. Please get your mates and families to vote. And get them to pass the message on. This is our chance to make something happen. Thanks for taking the time to read this guys - it's so vital we do something to keep the native woodland of England alive!
