This could be said of any march, look at the anti war one prior to Iraq, 2 million people and the Government ignored it. It does show that people care however.
and raises awareness.
I'm one of the lucky few, I can jump on a bus (normal london one not laid on specially for event) or walk in (takes about 1.5 hours).
