I'm not going to attempt to suggest what species it might be but it is worth bearing in mind that
Mycena aetites is principally a species associated with grassy soil. It can be found in grassy glades in woodland but it is not a leaf litter species.
With small brownish or greyish specimens of
Mycena you really are on a hiding to nothing with just a photo. You are missing crucial information such as whether it had a smell and the gill attachment. Really, as others have said, you can only be sure of the identity with microscopy (unless of course it produces latex from the stem - might have been worth snapping the stem just to see
