Top stuff austringer!
My Dad went on a days hawking with an experienced local falconer (I assume
you are a falconer, not an interested observer like him) t'other day, with 2 Harris Hawks.
He enjoyed it immensely!
The two birds were literally walking (hopping) along the bushes/hedges behind the falconer/my father like 2 dogs! Until they spotted something, then up and down they went and made the kill.
Its become clear to me over the years that the birds are (or at least, seem to be) incredibly lazy sometimes!
