Blacknberries in Salisbury are as abundant as they've ever been - if not more so! We've been pickingb them for about 3 weeks now. In fact, it's difficult to consume them fast enough. I ade two Summer Fruit Tarts this weekend, using the recipe that was in this week's Daily Mail 'Weekend' magazine. Delicious! |
