It used to be the fashion to dock horses tails... I'm not sure if they cut the boney part like dogs tails or just the hair.
Anyway, pretty mean thing to do. | Hate fashionable docking of anything. Thankfully docking in dogs now illegal except for certain working dogs. Anyway will leave it there, don't want to hijack the thread.
