I eat meat and am usually very slim but I've been noticing a tyre expanding around my waste since my housemates kitchen was being renovated. We only have microwave at oresent and no space to prepare food, I'm living pretty much on convenience food (fingers crossed kitchen will be fitted in one month!) and have certainly gained weight, I also do not feel so good mentally as well as healthily. I've started doing more exercise to counteract this.
However in the end even if your eating healthily, if you do little or no exercise you will gain weight. Exercise is key. |
which is why your spare tyre is developing again.... I don't drink alcohol either, or if I do it's only one on the very rarest of occasions. I eat salads and pasta or baked potatoes with quorn meat. My weight seems to have levelled out now and I know there is more I can do to lose it again, but I feel comfortable now as I'm large-boned, and mildly disabled. I'm happy
