Cant be too bothered with the prepartion of crab all a bit too messy..to feed two people you do need a descent size one..Ive had Crab cake's served on rocket salad with new potatoes that was well nice..Hugh was lucky to be cooking one from freshy caught ..If you buy from a supermarket you dont really know exactly how many days old they are...
