Well, good times were had and he cooked most things using chillie (how do you spell that

)-garlic wine sauces .... Which suggests to me that most seafood is pretty tasteless - my own impression! But he does it in a fun way and puts the environmental aspects over very well.
I still have my doubts about his living from the wild - it's fine if a few people do it but
what if thousands of people started fishing for pollock or diving for razors? I suspect we'd be back at the present state for these species?

Okay, I'm a pessimist ... basically, we need to eat less. I cook fish once a week (ticking all the correct boxes, of course

) but have also started cutting down the portion sizes - we never waste any
but do we
need to eat such large portions. I think not - speaking for myself and my belly!
