also if you generally like the job , but it is your boss which is the problem it might be worth going to their boss , or possibly even filing an official greivance (your employer should have a policy for this). If you are going this route make sure you are well prepared , keep a diary of incidents where the boss treats you unfairly , and like i said above get representation from the appropriate union.
