Click the gallery option at the top of this page.

Then in the green box above the photo's look for the upload option, click that.

You should see 2 boxes, one for archives and the other for gallery. Choose the archive option.

Now you should be on the page where you upload your photo's. In the "upload photo" box you'll see blank boxes with browse at the end. Click the browse box and a new window will open in your documents. Click on the photo you want to upload and click open.

Then click the upload/submit button at the bottom of the page.

When the image has uploaded, there will be a box underneath with a lot of writing in it. Left click inbetween any of the writing until it turns blue. Then right-click and choose the option copy.

Then go can start a new thread and Right-click and paste it there. with any comments you want to add.

Hope this helps, I had the same bother but once you've done it a couple of times it gets easier.
