I can't believe some brain donors have actually done this, makes me mad. Seems too closely connected to not be coincidence and just shows how tasteless that advert was.
How can we complain directly to Virgin? I've found the following where it says you can email them for general things, not sure if it's just for technical stuff though. Contact us - Virgin Media
