I am now 43years old born in Cornwall, when i was a child my sister, brother and i helped my parents (was made to,without argueing) dig the garden and plant the seeds, help maintain the garden and then we all had fresh veg every year, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, lettuce you name it,it was what we all did then, i ended up having 6 Children (healthy eating) and i tried hard to carry this on
i'm afraid it did not go according to plan, what with work and unwilling children to help in the garden, processed came into our lives,it was quicker and easier!! yes we did still eat some fresh food in fact Kelly my daughter was a veggie, now years on and my children have grown up i now live in Turkey and i am back to proper veggies and fresh food, i suppose at least i can remember how to prepare it!! they say you are what you eat...exercise must only benefit..everything in moderation
