Yes, I agree... raisins or sultanas are a favourite. They also like Markie dog biscuits. The occasional egg is a special treat (though are they are prone to leave the shells buried in the lawn or an outside flower pot (seriously).
If they become regular visitors, small amounts of dog food are welcomed and won't be left long enough for rodents to find.
If it visits regularly it may well tolerate you being outside when it calls by, but always approach very slowly as they startle easily. |
