| We get a few from time to time, the birds normally make a good recovery if given time to rest in safety, we usually place them in a ventilated cardboard box for an hour or so, this seems to do the trick & they fly off none-the worse for their experience!
On the other hand, about 6 months ago I was sitting in our front room watching the tv when a wood pigeon hit the glass in the patio doors at full speed, I'm affraid the pigeon died & I nearly hit the ceiling in shock, what a bang, how it didn't break the glass I will never know!!
