I was in Chester the other day and was amazed how many buzzards I spotted around that city, I also remember travelling on the train last year from shrewsbury to Hereford, and decided to count how many buzzards I would spot from the train window in that fifty mile journey, I counted 28

I was brought up near the Brecon beacons and buzzards were very common on the outskirts of merthyr tydfil way back in the sixties.
