Pleased to meet you all, I only found this place by accident this eveing and as soon as i sussed what it was about I had to join. Seeing quality and depth of knowledge is humbling.
I used to be a bit of a birder but I'm more of a photographer nowadays BUT wildlife always steps in to distract me at every opportunity.
I've posted a shot of a wader into my
Gallery, not sure when it will be moderated but I'd be grateful if somebody could confirm what it is. I thought Dunlin but the beak doesn't look long enough. It was with other birds which definitely looked liked Dunlin - this one stood out a bit.
