Gerbara seeds can be obtained from any of the main seed suppliers, although I'm not sure how well they would grow if we have another summer like the last. I should imagine that you should start the seeds off in a propagator with a bit of heat. They like well drained soil, so pot the seedlings into a compost with plenty of sand added. When large enough they can be planted out into the garden, but have a tendancy to greenfly and mildew. They are tender so shoud be overwintered in a frost free greenhouse or indoors.

I'm not sure how successful you will be as I don't think we have the right light levels in the UK for growing such exotic flowers. Look forward to hearing how you go on
