RAF files are covered under elements... well the RAF files from my Fuji S7000 was any way from Elements 4 upwards. I found the Fuji software difficult to use.
Elements 6 probably covers all (or nearly all) RAW files as it is probably the same Raw editor for Lightroom or CS3.
