Parental Alienation

Hi all,

I've been a member of this forum for some time now so feel as though I can share something with you and also ask a favour.

I have been estranged from my ex wife for over two years and she has stopped all access rights to me seeing my two children but at the same time my she is hassling me via the CSA for check ups on maintenance (for which I have not missed a single payment!)
She has also alienated my parents and my sister so my children will have no recollection at all of my side of their family!

Unfortunately, I am not in a financial position to fight her through the court system.

Do you think it's right that a residing parent should have the power to stop access (with no good reason) and is it right that maintenance payments should still be made?

I feel that if the residing parent were told that they would no longer receive payments that they would certainly think again about allowing the other parent access.

If you feel the same way as me please take a few moments to sign this petition and forward it on to as many as you can

Petition

Many thanks indeed,
Ian G
